30-Day Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Defective Merchandise
- If your item is defective or non-functional, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Please contact us through the Contact Us page on our website to begin the return process.
Non-Defective Returns
- Items returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging (with no damage) will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued minus the restocking fee once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping Damages
- If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Order Errors
- If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want it, you may return it (subject to the 30% restocking fee), but you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
